The challenge

Lumen had a beautiful product but a slow, cluttered store and ad spend that wasn't converting. Cart abandonment was high and ROAS was under 1.5x.

Our approach

We rebuilt the storefront around the hero products, streamlined checkout, and rebuilt the ad account from scratch. New creative, tighter audiences, and a full-funnel testing plan.

The outcome

The numbers tell the story. More importantly, Lumen Skincare now has a foundation they can keep building on with us.
